Key Responsibilities: General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and setup of facilities for events. Room Setup and Teardown: Prepare rooms for meetings and events, including arranging furniture and equipment as needed. Ensure cleanliness in all areas, icommon areas, and workspaces. This includes checking supplies and disposing of waste. Communication: Act as a point of contact for staff and customers to ensure that facility needs are met and to address any issues that arise. Physical Tasks: Lift and move equipment and furniture, often requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
