About The Position

Oversee a team of maintenance technicians responsible for all preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of facility equipment, ensuring maximum uptime is achieved on all fabrication equipment.

Requirements

• High School Education
• 5 or more years of industrial maintenance
• Office computer skills including windows software and internet navigation
• Ability stand, or walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
• Manual dexterity and use of office or production equipment

Nice To Haves

• Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM)
• Specific knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, and crane equipment

Responsibilities

• Manage a preventive maintenance program by monitoring, prioritizing, and assigning task to the maintenance team.
• Help create and manage an operator based preventive maintenance program to ensure equipment is inspected daily by our employees.
• Perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure proper lockout/tagout procedures and safety compliance are followed by all shop personnel.
• Monitor and maintain proper critical replacement parts for all operational equipment.
• Ensure priorities are given to minimize equipment downtime.
• Provide accurate equipment operational costs analysis for management to determine potential capital expenses.
• Track and record equipment down time for production.
• Provide oversight for facilities maintenance team provide proper upkeep of all office space, parking lots, and landscape areas.
