Facilities Technician Job Summary: The Facilities Technician is a skilled, service-oriented professional responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of the company’s facilities. This role performs intermediate maintenance and repairs, coordinates vendors and small projects, manages assets and supplies, and contributes directly to a safe and positive workplace. A key focus is delivering exceptional customer service and a solutions-oriented approach. The technician serves as the primary on-site contact in the absence of the Building Manager and as alternate Physical Security and Emergency Management Program Manager, overseeing emergency preparedness, coordinating contractors, and ensuring building systems including hydronic HVAC, building automation controls, and critical data center infrastructure are maintained to high standards. Occasional on-call or weekend support is required. Supervisory Responsibilities: None
