CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate or perform maintenance services and repairs in the areas of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, or electrical to maintain efficient operations across the organization's facilities. Transport of equipment, furniture and supplies as requested. Monitor and perform scheduled maintenance for assigned facility systems and physical equipment. Adhere to and monitor compliance with safety and security protocols and InterMed policies. Utilize facilities ticket system to respond to, complete and close assigned tickets. Other projects or tasks as directed by the Facilities Manager or members of Senior Management. Maintains strict confidentiality in alignment with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) guidelines and InterMed policies. Perform other duties to support the mission, vision and values of InterMed.
