Speedway Motorsports maintains a consistent focus on four core principles: Take care of teammates Be known for remarkable events Positively impact our community Profitably improve Position Responsibility: Oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance for the Speedway Club building, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, elevators, fire/life safety systems, and building automation systems. Ensure all building systems operate efficiently, reliably, and in compliance with applicable codes. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs. Respond promptly to maintenance issues, emergencies, and event-related requests. Supervise and schedule maintenance staff, third party vendors, service providers and/or contracted personnel. Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and service contracts. Prepare the facility for club events, race weekends, corporate functions, and private gatherings. Coordinate with food & beverage vendor, and event teams to support seamless guest experiences. Provide in-person support during Speedway Club events and peak operational periods. Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the facility, both interior and exterior. Assist with emergency preparedness and response planning. Other duties assigned by the Director of Operations & Vice President of Operations.
