The Facilities Technician is responsible for proficiently performing general, routine, and preventive maintenance and emergency services to all service centers, including its operating systems and equipment, to ensure safety and proper function for team members and clients, while also ensuring cost savings for the company. The right Technician will need to be well-rounded in their abilities to understand our service centers and protect all major facets of the building including but not limited to pneumatic operations, 120v-240v electrical (both single and three phase), supply and wastewater plumbing, and air quality with HVAC. This role best suits people with strong technical abilities, attention to detail, eagerness to develop and learn, and a customer service mindset. Additionally, you will need to be flexible when dealing with changing needs throughout the day; you will perform routine activities, but this role also requires you to shift gears, respond promptly, stay late, and attend to emergencies.
