The Facilities Technician will be responsible for general building repairs and property maintenance including, but not limited to, minor plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs. Provide preventative maintenance and safe operation to all WDDS facilities. Performs exterior building and grounds maintenance, including landscaping and snow removal. Completes installation of household appliances and inspection of properties on a regular basis. While Facilities Technician typically work regularly for eight to five hours, some Facilities Technician jobs may require availability during the weekends and holidays for emergency situations
