We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Technician to support the maintenance, safety, and overall functionality of our facilities. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure a clean, safe, and well-operating environment for staff, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting while responding effectively to maintenance needs and facility-related concerns. The Facilities Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance, repair, and upkeep of residential homes and office buildings within a designated service area. This role involves performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs to ensure that all facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The Facilities Technician will operate a company-provided vehicle and use company tools and equipment to complete a wide range of maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building repairs.
