In this role, you will Supports the implementation and sustainability of shop and grounds improvements for the Sanford Prove Design and Endurance area. What you can look forward to in this role: Is a key player in large facilities projects and the leader on smaller scale facilities projects Builds relationships with and carries out work with external contractors and internal teams to improve facilities Creates standard work for shop and/or endurance activities to create a safer work environment. Serving as first line of support for building service problems and work requests. Assisting facility engineers and supporting maintenance and other related departments. Demonstrating knowledge of and the ability to carry out strategies and tasks that support the mission and goals of the leader and the organization.

Requirements

Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Nice To Haves

Recent forklift experience
SSL and CTL operation experience
Use of AutoCAD 2D modeling for floor plans
Experience in a mechanic shop and / or fabrication shop
Experience managing inventory
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and/or Excel.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
Demonstrated ability to work independently to move projects forward
Experience with creating and implementing standard work
