About The Position

We’re looking for reliable, hands-on Facilities Technicians to help keep our
buildings safe, functional, and well maintained. You’ll handle a variety of
maintenance tasks and play a key role in day-to-day facility operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years of general maintenance or facilities experience
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry
• Valid driver’s license that meets agency policy
• Lifting requirements of 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and report issues or needed repairs
• Complete minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
• Maintain building systems, equipment, and overall property condition
• Respond to weather related needs (snow removal, debris clean up, etc.)
• Perform painting, patching, and general upkeep.
