We have a current career opportunity as a Controls/Maintenance Technician. Shift/s Available for this Position: A shift (Monday through Friday) 6:50 p.m. to 3:10 p.m.

Requirements

• IATF 116949 knowledge preferred.
• 3 or more years of related experience in maintenance of production machines.
• Self-motivated problem solver with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Forklift and scissor lift experience preferred
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs predictive and preventive maintenance on facilities equipment.
• Maintains safe work areas and equipment.
• Complies with and promotes company safety policy, procedures, PPE, training, etc.
• Ensures all work, conforms to local, state and federal rules and regulations.
• Maintains Building, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems.
• Timely execution for assigned work orders and service calls ensures high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Maintains and ensures Plant Fire systems are always in good working condition to ensure Fire Safety for all Hitachi Astemo employees visitors and contractors.
• Inspects all fire extinguishers on a regular monthly schedule.
