Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two years related experience.
Computer literacy.
Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and decision-making responsibilities.
Frequently required to sit; occasionally required to stand and walk.
Frequently required to talk and/or communicate both expressively & receptively.
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Occasionally required to bend, twist, climb, and reach.
Moderate concentration/intensity, which includes prolonged mental effort with limited opportunity for breaks.
Normal memory, taking into consideration the amount and type of information.
Moderate level of complexity for decision making.
Must be able to handle normal levels of intensity.

Nice To Haves

Certifications in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or Building Trades preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and courteous facility service to all employees, providers, vendors, patients, and visitors.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to clinic dress guidelines.
Ensure a clean and safe work environment, adhering to LCH and departmental policies and procedures.
Maintain and repair building systems, equipment, and components under the direction of the Facilities Manager and/or Facilities Director.
Address work requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring quality workmanship.
Be on-call on a rotational basis for afterhours emergencies.
Have reliable personal transportation to complete job duties, including driving moving vans and trucks.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's success.
