Responsible for operation, repair, and maintenance of building related mechanical, electrical, control systems, plumbing, air handling units, pumps, heat exchangers, and other building mechanical systems in a Medical Building environment throughout multiple buildings. Work can involve lifting heavy mechanical equipment and may be performed in areas of extreme heat or cold. Receives and responds to service calls via assigned cell phone / work order application, takes immediate action to resolve emergency situations or system breakdowns. Over sees outside vendors who provide site specific service & repair of specialty equipment.
