About The Position

At LeeSar/CSF, we supply and maintain critical services for hospitals and healthcare providers. As a Facilities Technician III, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring our boiler, chiller, and utility systems operate safely and efficiently — keeping our facilities running and patients cared for.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial/industrial facility maintenance
• Advanced knowledge of boiler and chiller systems, hydronic/steam piping, and HVAC central plants
• Ability to read technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
• Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, mechanical, and control systems (BAS/EMS a plus)
• Valid Florida driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• EPA Section 608 certification preferred (refrigerants)

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and central plant equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (OSHA, ASME, EPA)
• Respond to service requests and emergency outages with urgency and expertise
• Document maintenance and system performance in our CMMS (MPulse)
• Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with operations staff to minimize downtime
