About The Position

The Facilities Technician position is responsible for the daily repairs and maintenance required at Clinica Sierra Vista Facilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or other equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Ability to manage and communicate details promptly and accurately.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the mission and role of Clinica Sierra Vista.

Nice To Haves

  • Minor electrical, plumbing, painting and trouble shooting skills preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Performs daily repairs and maintenance at Clinica Sierra Vista Facilities (Painting, light fixture replacement, etc.)
  • Completes all Worxhub requests in a timely manner.
  • Performs minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and other repairs as needed.
  • Installs medical equipment as needed.
  • Assist and perform CSV facilities moves as required
  • Performs preventative and ADHOC facility maintenance as required.
  • Ensures meeting rooms are arranged as needed with tables and chairs.
  • Responds to after-hours clinic emergencies as needed.
  • Consistent in-person attendance according to set schedule.
  • Ensure tasks are completed using assigned CSV provided devices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
