About The Position
An entry level position that performs a variety of general maintenance/construction duties; inspecting, repairing, maintaining buildings and equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent within 12 months of hire.
- One year in building maintenance and equipment repair, preferable in a health care setting.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge in one or more of the following trades: Painting, Carpentry, Maintenance, Electrical, HVAC and Locksmith.
- Basic computer skills.
- Read blue prints.
- Valid California driver’s license.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Employee provides personal basic hand tools.
- Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Locksmith certification/bonded and HVAC EPA certification as applicable.
