In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations team, ensuring buildings and equipment run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work collaboratively with our facilities team, clients, and third-party vendors to deliver exceptional service that directly impacts client satisfaction and occupancy. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work
  • Strong customer service orientation with proven ability to deliver exceptional service
  • Physical ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and in mechanical/equipment rooms around heavy equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures, including completion of required safety trainings

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), such as 360 Facility
  • Experience conducting facility due diligence and detailed inspections
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Vision abilities for close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Familiarity with State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws related to building maintenance
  • Experience with safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials

Responsibilities

  • Perform facility inspections of interior and exterior areas, promptly identifying and reporting conditions that impact client operations
  • Execute general maintenance tasks including hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, repairing office furniture systems, and fixing doors
  • Respond to work orders for moving office furniture, machinery, equipment, and materials as requested
  • Update work order status in real-time using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as 360 Facility
  • Collaborate with the operations team on building and equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Communicate with clients and vendors using strong customer service skills to address maintenance needs efficiently
  • Escalate problems or issues to customers and management in a timely manner, ensuring transparency and quick resolution
