SUMMARY To provide a knowledge of performing routine preventative maintenance on guest rooms/meeting spaces/public areas, while working towards being proficient in independently responding to service calls in all front of house or back of house areas. This tech has the ability or is gaining the knowledge to perform tasks including basic HVAC repairs, toilet repairs, changing light bulbs, minor repairs of hardware, repairs to tubs and showers, replacing ceiling tiles, repairs to plumbing and fixtures.
