We are currently seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support our clients and staff. The Facilities Supervisor is an integral part of our clients’ well-being and our daily operations. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Plumbing, electrical, building and heating experience
  • Maintains a competent level in maintenance skills, plumbing, electrical, structural, HVAC areas
  • Ability to maintain repair records and prepare related reports
  • Ability to handle a crisis situation and react appropriately
  • Ability to perform equipment/facility repairs

Responsibilities

  • Participates with Safety Committee, maintains and updates Safety Handbook, and ensures facility staff receive safety orientation and policy updates
  • Ensures that routine housekeeping and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Provide status updates to Facilities Manager
  • Ensures that daily, weekly, and monthly walkthroughs are completed per program standards
  • Has responsibility to respond to off-hours facility emergencies.
  • Maintain relationships and coordinate services with approved vendors and contractors
  • Maintains all applicable Building, NFPA, CARF/Life Safety Codes and regulations.
  • Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Supervises housekeeping and maintenance staff
