About The Position

This position pays: $29 - $35/hour A Day In The Life of A Facilities Supervisor: Schedule and oversee staff and contractors for repairs, preventative maintenance, and projects, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems Maintain inventory of all supplies and equipment in all three of the US Facilities Track and plan recycling of all unused equipment for monthly recycling pickup Manage Sanitation and Facility Maintenance teams to ensure GMP compliance Complete performance management tasks, including scheduling, payroll review, accident investigations, and assisting with performance reviews Ensure a safe workplace for employees and visitors; enforce safety procedures and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Conduct inspections and maintain facility safety protocols Conduct weekly walkthroughs with Facilities Manager to review projects and identify new tasks Monitor and manage daily operations, including sanitation, waste management and critical systems that include HVAC, Compressed Air, Dust Collection, Water Strictly adhere to and observe all safety policies as outlined in the company policies and training session You will work a set shift of Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm What We're Looking For From You: 1-3 years of experience in facility operations or management, with at least 1 year of supervisory responsibilities Strong understanding of facility maintenance processes and safety regulations Technical proficiency in janitorial and environmental services including cleaning procedures, knowledge of cleaning products and chemicals as well as their associated hazards Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel What You Should Know About Us: We provide a fast-paced physically demanding work environment where you can challenge yourself We are a company that cares about its staff and has a meaningful mission to improve the lives and well-being of its customers You will be part of a company where you can grow and advance your career We are a company dedicated to continuous improvement, employing great people who have the ability to influence and lead change We are a facility where safety and cleanliness are highly regarded, and a regulated environment working to procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Our Team's Favorite Perks And Benefits: A competitive total compensation package Best in class benefits because we care about your health and wellness! Requirements

1-3 years of experience in facility operations or management, with at least 1 year of supervisory responsibilities
Strong understanding of facility maintenance processes and safety regulations
Technical proficiency in janitorial and environmental services including cleaning procedures, knowledge of cleaning products and chemicals as well as their associated hazards
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal

Responsibilities
