About The Position

The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for supervising the coordination of all daily activities to ensure operational objectives are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures. As the Supervisor, you will oversee and be the point of contact for the staff members utilizing various Facilities related applications and programs including AutoCad and CAFM. The Facilities Supervisor will: Assist the Facilities team to ensure job responsibilities are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures in order to meet established individual and collective productivity, quality, and timeliness goals Be responsible for enhancing and streamlining the CAFM system for both the technician and customer side of the application Create and deliver regular reports to department management Conduct regular meetings with IT to ensure open communication, mutual understanding of team and fulfillment site goals and objectives Develop and/or ensure that training and skill building aids are created and appropriately implemented Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of applicable industry and regulatory guidelines
  • Proficient in Excel and Word, AutoCad and CAFM systems
