About The Position

We are looking for a skilled Facilities Supervisor to join our Perth Amboy team. As the Facilities Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the Facilities Staff and day to day operations at thePerth AMboy Authentication Center. This position will report to the Facilities Manager. What You Get To Do Everyday Supervises Facilities staff at the Perth Amboy Authentication Center Provides day to day management of all onsite and outside vendors Manages small facilities projects Lead and provide support to the cleaning crew Supports Associate Director with Capital Project Management Tracking and reporting repairs and additional services Establish and coordinate all preventive maintenance on all of the equipment Coordinate moves, add and changes projects Setup new employees work areas Schedule furniture delivery and installation Perform daily, weekly and monthly facility inspections to identify necessary repairs or servicing Creates purchase orders for Facilities vendors and services Will supervise the Shuttle operations for Perth Amboy Facility What You Bring To The Role Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 2+ years of facilities management experience in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to maintain order in complex operations. A proactive and innovative mindset, consistently demonstrating initiative and presenting new ideas. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information. Strong decision-making abilities, allowing for quick and effective problem-solving. Understanding of building operations equipment, maintenance and repair. Outstanding multi-tasking skills with a keen attention to detail. The expected hourly rate for this role is $26.52-$31.49. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
