In addition, you'll delegate tasks effectively, maintain detailed logs, and monitor equipment performance. You'll work cross-functionally with department leaders to schedule maintenance and repairs, as well as assist in managing third-party vendors and contractors. Managing inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, completing daily activity logs, and participating in weekly planning meetings will also be key parts of your role. You'll help uphold safety standards and ensure all SOPs are consistently followed across the team.
