GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and coordination of maintenance, custodial, and grounds operations across multiple healthcare facilities. This position ensures that all buildings and grounds are maintained in a safe, functional, and compliant condition, including oversight of building systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping, as well as management of contracted service providers. The Facilities Supervisor directs integrated maintenance and custodial teams within the Facilities Department to support the efficient operation of healthcare services. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that the organization’s mission, goals, and values are upheld through the effective management of physical environments. In collaboration with and under the direction of the Director of Administrative Operations, the Facilities Supervisor assists in providing comprehensive facility support to promote optimal conditions for patient care across all clinic locations.
