As a Facilities Services Specialist, you will be trusted to work on handling technical tasks related to the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and facilities. You will plan, schedule modifications, coordinate space allocation, and manage contracts at our Manufacturing Facility in Houston, TX!

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

Nice To Haves

  • Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment objects as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and scheduling facility modifications, including inventory management for equipment, labor, and materials.
  • Coordinate building space allocation, layout, communication services, and facilities expansion while ensuring health and safety standards.
  • Support contract and contractor management and engage with insurance providers for risk reduction projects like fire prevention.
  • Contribute to facility master planning.
  • Apply scientific and engineering principles to solve problems and support operations.
  • Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring quality control, and completing required training.
  • Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance, meeting individual job requirements and contributing to organizational compliance.
