About The Position

As a Facilities Services Coordinator at JLL, you will coordinate departmental needs regarding office space, moves, furniture, equipment, and telecommunications while managing multiple planned and unexpected renovation projects. This role requires you to provide direct support for small to medium-scale move projects, space planning, and vendor coordination while serving as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external service providers.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in facilities management, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in facility administration, property management, or related field
  • Superior customer service skills and client-focused orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional stakeholder engagement
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate project management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for report generation
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business, or related field
  • Experience with move project coordination and space planning
  • Knowledge of telecommunications and office equipment setup processes
  • Understanding of vendor management and procurement processes
  • Experience with CMMS systems

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage small to medium-scale move projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop basic space plans and conduct walk-throughs with vendors and staff to determine project scope
  • Process Moves/Adds/Changes (MAC) requests and coordinate employee workspace modifications
  • Manage work orders and track maintenance activities to completion using CMMS systems
  • Coordinate with internal and external vendors to deliver multi-disciplinary services including emergency response, parking, security access, conferencing, signage, and office equipment
  • Process vendor invoices and approve billings within established guidelines
  • Provide facility reports to various organizational groups as requested
