Schedule: Typically Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Job Overview The Facilities Associate supports daily office operations by ensuring supplies, equipment, and shared workplace areas are maintained and functioning properly. This role assists with inventory management, mail and package processing, workplace organization, and business center operations. The position requires flexibility to support cross-functional office services tasks such as copy/print services, conference room setup, and front desk backup when needed. The Facilities Associate plays a key role in maintaining a professional and productive workplace environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in administrative, retail, restaurant, delivery/mail services, office services, or similar roles
  • Positive and professional attitude with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new workplace technologies
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, lift, walk, and stand for extended periods
  • Capability to perform light cleaning and facility support tasks
  • Manual dexterity for operating office equipment and handheld devices

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in facilities, office services, or workplace operations
  • Familiarity with business center equipment such as printers, scanners, or multifunction devices

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory for copier, printer, and fax machine supplies
  • Assist with tracking and maintaining office furniture and equipment
  • Stock kitchens, copy rooms, and shared supply areas
  • Perform light cleaning and tidying of offices, kitchens, bathrooms, and conference rooms
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and packages
  • Support mail distribution within the office environment
  • Assist with business center services including copy/print support
  • Help with conference room setup and preparation for meetings
  • Provide backup support for reception or front office operations when required
  • Monitor supply levels and maintain inventory across workplace areas
  • Support team operations by assisting with additional tasks or projects as needed
