Facilities Service Coordinators are responsible for managing all aspects of assigned Trades or core areas. This includes Policy and Procedure maintenance, bidding and contracting of services, continual program evaluation, researching/implementing new strategies, budgeting and expense management, and assisting stores with day-to-day questions from Store Team Members in order to improve end results and lower Operational Expenses. The Service Coordinator Team is responsible for managing the maintenance and repairs of the stores from the Eau Claire General Office to ensure they are completed on time, within the allotted budget, and meet the contractual obligations.
