The Facilities Representative is responsible for maintaining building maintenance and services, repair/replacement of dealership equipment to ensure maximum production of the dealership.

  • Ability to process data and organize it for management analysis
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
  • Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
  • Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to use independent judgement and discretion to accomplish departmental and organizational goals
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
  • Ability to interact with a diverse group of people and be a positive influence on employee morale throughout the organization
  • Must be certified in both Electrical and HVAC repair
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Certification of taking a 20 Hour OSHA class
  • Fork Lift certification
  • Aerial Lift Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree or equivalent; and three to five year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Automotive dealership facility experience.
  • Electrical and electronic principles.
  • Blueprint and electrical schematic reading.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining building maintenance and services
  • Repair/replacement of dealership equipment to ensure maximum production of the dealership
  • Ensure our world class facility is maintained in accordance with PAG standards.
  • Provide an unparalleled level of quality and attention to detail when performing routine grounds and building maintenance.
  • Perform duties in a timely, courteous, professional manner that reflects the dealership and PAG values.
