Hogsalt is seeking a Full Time HVAC and Refrigeration Repair Technician to support our current properties and future development projects. Hogsalt is not your typical restaurant group. Must be available to work a minimum of 28 hours up to 40 hours a week - shifts are Sunday-Thursday. Minimum of 2 years in-field experience with HVAC and refrigeration. Preferred knowledge of kitchen facilities and equipment. Must be able to provide reliable vehicle. EPA Universal Certification required.

Responsibilities

Ability to perform repairs in the following areas (but not limited to): HVAC Refrigeration Plumbing Electrical Kitchen equipment and appliances (preferred)
Responsible for overseeing preventative maintenance programs to support the following: HVAC Refrigeration Plumbing Kitchen hot line equipment
Collaborates with other facilities personnel on various projects.
Responds to maintenance requests from stores in a timely fashion.
Performs regular property inspections.
Advises store managers on a variety of technical engineering issues.
Available on a 24-hour basis for scheduled on-call shifts to address building emergencies
Reports to Facilities Director, Facilities Manager and other members of the Director team.
