You will be the Facilities Project Rep Sr. - Level 3 for the Facilities Projects team which is responsible for managing corporate capital, overhead, and government funded projects. As the Facilities Project Rep Sr. - Level 3 you will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables across a diverse portfolio of facilities initiatives. The role involves managing and administering project schedules and budgets, coordinating with architecture/engineering firms, developing design criteria, producing detailed layout drawings, preparing bid packages and contracts, providing technical review of documents, identifying project risks, proposing mitigation actions, executing scope revisions, and facilitating intake, approval, and distribution of requisitions and on-call service contracts.
