About The Position

The Facilities Project Manager position at the Evendale site is a multifaceted role that requires expertise in construction management, project execution and knowledge of facilities operations. • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years (Project manager/Construction) experience + minimum of 3 years (Project Manager/Construction) experience

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, oversee all phases of construction and renovation, and ensure efficient execution.
• Oversee financials and schedules: Ensure projects are executed efficiently.
• Coordinate execution: Work with external vendors and internal unions.
• Prepare and manage budgets, review and approve purchase orders and invoices, track expenditures, and ensure cost control and accurate forecasting.
• Develop and manage RFPs: Review bids and oversee contractors, suppliers, and commissioning agents.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, leadership) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct quality control checks, ensure compliance with industry standards, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks: Manage scope changes, priorities, and resolve conflicts.
• Provide regular project updates, share progress reports, and ensure proper documentation.
