Come build your career with BAE Systems. We are seeking Facilities Project Management Interns to support the Project Management team at our New Hampshire Campuses. Responsibilities will include: Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Documentation and Reporting: Help maintain project documentation, prepare status updates, and analyze data to provide insight to project performance. Stakeholder Communication: Work with project managers and assistant project managers to help support communication with our internal customers, contractors, and functional stakeholders to assure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Project Quality Assurance: Support the project teams by participating in inspections and jobsite walks while learning about industry standards, regulations, and our internal customer requirements. Problem Solving: Participate in weekly project status and design meetings to gain exposure to resolving project related issues and design challenges. Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by Manager.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university
  • Entering your at a minium your junior year (sophomore to junior year transition)
  • Pursuing a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
