About The Position

Inspire is seeking a combined role supporting our HQ office facilities and HR team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent internal and external client service in a pleasant and professional manner, will possess a high level of organizational skills; the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure; strong written and oral communication skills. This position will be in-person in the office, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. This role will split time between: Supporting Facilities Serve as a point of contact for building users, providing courteous and professional assistance. Manage company mail. Maintain inventory and restock beverages, kitchen supplies, and general office supplies. Coordinate setup and teardown of equipment and facilities for meetings, trainings, and special events. Ensure all meeting spaces are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies. Monitor facility usage to ensure compliance with company policies; submit and manage maintenance requests. Manage all seating maps, partner with department leads and HR Update the Facilities SharePoint page Oversee routine quarterly and annual maintenance across all facilities (e.g., HVAC, seasonal upkeep). Travel between office buildings as needed to support facility operations. HR Team Support Serve as back-up to our HR Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Coordinator as needed Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including HRIS set up and paperwork, I-9 verifications (2x weekly). Manage HRIS data entry for all employee life-cycle changes (weekly). Facilitate the offboarding process for termed employees (weekly). Manage and respond to employee inquiries in the HR and Benefits inbox. May manage other HRIS data entry, audit, or clean-up projects as assigned. Manage HR mail, responding to notices, and triaging to the appropriate party as needed. Schedule interviews, offer letters, background checks (back up) Leverage multiple HR technologies to complete work above

Requirements
