About The Position

Provide 24/7 coverage at the corporate office and maintain a safe, secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Monitor access points, patrol the premises, respond to incidents and alarms, and enforce company safety and security policies using clear communication and a customer-focused approach. Due to the duties and responsibilities of this position, a Motor Vehicle Report and Criminal Background Check may be ordered on final candidates.

Requirements

• Strong observational and situational awareness
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Professional and courteous customer service demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
• Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency response
• Ability to operate and access control systems
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
