About The Position

Baltimore Country Club is seeking a full-time Facilities Painter/Technician with at least one year of painting experience and basic facilities maintenance knowledge. This role supports both painting projects and general maintenance needs across the Club. Schedule: Primarily Sunday–Thursday, with daytime hours and occasional evenings.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of painting experience (interior and exterior preferred)
• Basic facilities maintenance experience a plus
• Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 100 lbs
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to follow directions and manage multiple tasks
• Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset
• Basic English communication skills required

Nice To Haves

• Basic plumbing repairs (water, drainage, sewer)
• HVAC maintenance tasks (filters, belts, evaporators, condensing units)
• Safe use of power tools (with proper PPE)
• Preventative maintenance tracking using an online system
• OSHA 10 certification is preferred; if not currently certified, training will be provided upon hire

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting projects with attention to detail
• Assist with general maintenance requests and preventative maintenance (PMs)
• Support event setup and breakdown as needed
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and shop areas
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
