About The Position

Baltimore Country Club is seeking a full-time Facilities Painter/Technician with at least one year of painting experience and basic facilities maintenance knowledge. This role supports both painting projects and general maintenance needs across the Club.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of painting experience (interior and exterior preferred)
Basic facilities maintenance experience a plus
Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 100 lbs
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
Ability to follow directions and manage multiple tasks
Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset
Basic English communication skills required

Nice To Haves

Basic plumbing repairs (water, drainage, sewer)
HVAC maintenance tasks (filters, belts, evaporators, condensing units)
Safe use of power tools (with proper PPE)
Preventative maintenance tracking using an online system
OSHA 10 certification is preferred; if not currently certified, training will be provided upon hire

Responsibilities

Perform interior and exterior painting projects with attention to detail
Assist with general maintenance requests and preventative maintenance (PMs)
Support event setup and breakdown as needed
Maintain clean, organized workspaces and shop areas
Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
