In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking and packing our wallcovering with precision, reporting to the Warehouse Manager and based at our Fairfield, NJ location with the working shift Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Requirements

  • Proven ability to follow safety protocols and conduct daily equipment checks with accuracy and accountability.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming facilities.
  • Reliability in handling refuse and recycling processes, with an understanding of sustainability practices.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for assisting with event setup, breakdown, and logistics to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit—able to work well with colleagues across departments.
  • Physical capability to perform routine cleaning, lifting, and equipment handling tasks.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and pride in contributing to a safe, polished, and professional environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with general building maintenance, custodial work, or facilities support preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring daily checks are completed on all material‑handling equipment, quickly identifying and escalating any issues to keep operations running safely, efficiently, and without interruption.
  • Maintaining proper disposal of all refuse and recycling across every Phillip Jeffries location, supporting a clean, sustainable, and well‑organized environment that reflects our brand values.
  • Keeping all floors, pathways, and shared spaces clean, clear, and on schedule—creating a safe, welcoming atmosphere for our teams, partners, and visitors.
  • Assisting with event setup and breakdown, helping create polished, well‑executed experiences for internal meetings, trainings, and special gatherings.
  • Supporting overall building maintenance by monitoring facility needs, reporting concerns, and partnering with the team to ensure our spaces remain functional, beautiful, and ready for daily operations.
