As a Maintenance Tech at Wentworth Senior Living, your responsibilities will include: Perform general maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting repairs. Provide on-site technical and facility support to ensure all building systems, equipment, and technology function efficiently Support the upkeep of facility equipment, tools, and systems to ensure reliability and compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Work collaboratively and respectfully with residents, staff, and visitors, supporting the Custodial and Housekeeping teams when needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college/technical school preferred
  • Previous experience in a maintenance-related role preferred
  • Knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as but not limited to: drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to troubleshoot devices such as but not limited to; PCs, iPhones, iPads
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
  • Experience in a healthcare, assisted living, or similar environment preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check and comply with health-related screening requirements.
