About The Position

You will be the Facilities Operations Supervisor for the Facilities Operations team. Our team is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the Orlando manufacturing facility. As the Facilities Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a multi‑discipline team that maintains and operates an industrial manufacturing environment. Requirements

  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience / combined education
  • Experience in waste treatment processes, RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act) and various other environmental control systems necessary to ensure compliance with environmental, safety and health regulations.
  • Experience in the use of MS Office, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and a Computerized Maintenance Management System (i.e. INFOR EAM).
  • Proven experience in coordination with others, including department managers and customers, to prioritize, plan and manage maintenance and repair activities while minimizing impact to customer.

  • Experience managing vendor service agreements; demonstrated ability to follow established standards, policy and procedures, including mechanical, controls, construction, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Proven experience directing and managing represented Union employees in adherence with company policies and collective bargaining agreement/s.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct a multi‑discipline team that maintains real‑property, infrastructure, and production‑related equipment.
  • Develop, oversee, and execute preventive and reactive maintenance programs for all equipment and machinery.
  • Manage day‑to‑day facilities operations, troubleshooting and repairs across the plant.
  • Motivate and engage team members, set clear expectations, and hold each accountable for performance.
  • Participate in site emergency response, business resiliency, and weekly rotational on‑call supervision.
