Eastern Oregon University is seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to lead daily maintenance, trades, and grounds operations that keep our campus safe, reliable, and fully functional. This position oversees preventive maintenance programs, campus infrastructure upkeep, regulatory inspections, and code compliance. The Facilities Operations Manager supervises skilled trades staff, coordinates operational planning, and ensures facilities work is delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with university standards. Reporting to the Director of Facilities & Planning, this role is key to maintaining service-ready buildings, systems, and grounds; supporting campus events and moves; and partnering across Facilities & Planning on budgeting, capital project transitions, safety programs, and long-term asset planning.
