Massanutten Resort is searching for a Facilities Operations Analyst to join their Facilities operation division. The right candidate must have exceptional communication skills, detail oriented, excellent organizational skills and have excellent computer knowledge. If you possess these qualities, we encourage you to apply today! Job Summary The Facilities Operations Analyst supports the assigned divisions of Domestic Service and Physical Plant. The analyst is responsible for data analysis, benchmarking (productivity, revenue, and expenses) and extract, organizing and presenting data, and operational insight to identify opportunities. The role also manages projects both in the capacity of project lead and project sheet author. In addition to division duties, including coordinating SOPs for key departments, the analyst supports resort initiatives. To be successful in this role they must have strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, project management software, and be able to quickly learn new domain and technical concepts.

Requirements

• Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills
• Ability to convert complex data into graphs, tables, and reports
• Experience with POS systems
• Excellent computer knowledge (Microsoft Office programs)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Detailed-oriented
• Analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize strategies
• Forward thinking, long-range planner
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with approved DMV record
• College graduate

Nice To Haves

• 3-4 years’ experience in resort operations
• Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet and Snowflake programs
• Experience in developing business cases and ROI analysis for capital investments
