As the Facilities & Office Administrator at EdgeUno, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Miami office and supporting facilities-related needs across multiple company locations when required. This position is focused on office operations, facilities coordination, vendor management, and administrative logistics support. You will report directly to the VP of People and Culture and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace environment. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can support travel coordination, shipments, and operational logistics needs while managing multiple priorities. This role is hands-on and execution driven, requiring strong organizational skills, reliability, and a high level of accountability.
