About The Position
Responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities. Performs electrical, painting, and/or carpentry repairs of fixtures and equipment on company premises. Conducts periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required. Maintains all equipment necessary to perform work. The primary emphasis is on the performance of a variety of maintenance tasks, rather than a high degree of skill in any particular trade. Level: An Entry Para-Professional (S1) is an entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience. • Work is routine or follows standard procedures. • Work is closely supervised. • Communicates information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
