About The Position

The Facilities Manager at TWA Hotel is responsible for maintenance, cleaning and organization of the hotel's public space, loading dock, back of house, retail space and exterior grounds. The ideal candidate will handle the inspection of these areas and follow-up with a plan to achieve desired results. Our Company MCR is the 3rd-largest hotel owner-operator in the United States. Responsibilities

  • Supervise Housekeeping operations in public areas, loading dock, retail space and exterior grounds to ensure compliance with all policies, standards and procedures.
  • Supports and supervises and effective inspection program.
  • Oversee Loading Dock management to include cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Partner with 3rd party and other management for any special projects such as carpet replacements.
  • Communicates regarding areas that need attention to staff and follow up to ensure understanding.
  • Participates in departmental meetings and continually communicates a clear and concise message regarding goals to produce desired results.
  • Establish and maintain open collaboration with team members.
