About The Position

Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities , addressing their concerns and needs in a professional and compassionate manner. Building relationships with building management and ensures appropriate support for faculty issues, as appropriate. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, incidents, and resident interactions. Build and maintain relationships with contractors to ensure best prices in services offered. Project Management: Assisting Project Managers in the implementation of complex upgrades and installations, providing project management and/or technical consulting on complex projects. Manages the maintenance and repair schedules for equipment and facilities. Maintains flexibility with work hours and ability to be on-call 24-7 and respond to building and equipment alarms and emergency situations. Ensures contracts and service agreements meet facility standards and needs. Other responsibilities as needed to maintain the offices.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive theoretical and operational job knowledge in designated specialty required
  • Knowledge of organizational/departmental policies and procedures
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, have the ability to work independently, establish work priorities and to handle several tasks simultaneously for maximum department efficiency
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
