About The Position

Lila Lila Sciences seeks a results-driven Facilities Manager to oversee multiple facilities, ensuring well-managed, well-maintained buildings and operations. You will be the primary liaison to the client for coordinating services, financials, and vendor management, with accountability for financial performance, KPI reporting, and forward-looking facility strategy. What You'll Be Building Onsite candidate/client welcome: greet candidates and guests by name, guide to interview or conference room and ensure smooth, inclusive flow Lead safety standards and facilities compliance across multiple sites. Drive maintenance excellence through documentation, standardization, innovation, and rigorous safety practices. Advise leadership on maintenance and equipment end-of-life (EOL) decisions using ROI analysis. Oversee budget development, execution, and capital planning; monitor financial performance and KPI reporting. Monitor and audit maintenance execution and safety practices across sites. Represent the client in meetings; serve as the liaison with critical business teams and the Facilities Organization. Develop and manage contract documents, including RFPs and purchase orders; administer vendor management lifecycle. Build and lead a world-class facilities maintenance organization. Champion continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on the employee experience, in partnership with HR.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of facilities experience in life sciences, physical sciences, or a related industry.
  • Ability to scale and manage through ambiguity, strong problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  • Track record of maintaining a safe working environment and delivering robust reporting.
