What this job involves: The Facilities Manager serves as the single point of contact responsible for comprehensive facilities management, working closely with the Sr. Facilities Manager and Account Leader to deliver quality facility management services. This role coordinates and manages tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure client satisfaction while implementing innovative programs and processes that reduce operating costs and increase productivity. The Facilities Manager leads facilities staff, manages budgets, oversees reporting requirements, and maintains seamless client relationships through leadership, responsiveness, and creativity. This position requires on-site presence five days per week and offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence while contributing to JLL's facilities management best practices.
