Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations across multiple sites, ensuring spaces are safe, organized, and fully functional
• Lead maintenance and improvement projects in partnership with external vendors and contractors
• Manage vendor relationships, preventative maintenance schedules, and on-site services
• Own facilities budgets, invoices, and expense tracking in collaboration with Accounting
• Support internal events, productions, and team needs through thoughtful space readiness and logistics
