We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee facilities operations across two warehouse and distribution centers, totaling 200,000 square feet. This role is responsible for 24/7 coverage and leads a team to maintain all critical infrastructure in support of food distribution and cold storage operations. The Facilities Maintenance Manager ensures compliance, safety, and uptime of all facility systems, and manages both internal technicians and external contractors. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety systems, solar energy, Building Management Systems (BMS), sprinkler systems, and general warehouse maintenance.
